One of the things which has always interested this non-horsey husband (hola! Abe here!) is the degree to which performance-minded people focus on the physical, ignoring the mental.

But then, I get it. We mostly think of what’s between our ears as…maybe not exactly fairy dust, but kinda sorta close to it.

We forget that our brains are actually a big freaking muscle that—for most of us—is atrophied and desperately in need of some freak’in attention.
