You’re Too Embarrassed To Win - Podcast Alert! 🚨

Hey Resilient Riders!

Today, we're going to have a heart-to-heart about something that's super close to my heart and, I bet, to yours too – Confidence in horse riding. It's like the secret sauce that turns a regular ride into an extraordinary adventure.

Have you ever wondered why confidence is such a big deal for us riders? Well, I've been thinking a lot about it lately. It's not just about looking good on your horse; it's about feeling secure, making smart decisions, and truly enjoying every moment with your horse. We're going to explore all the angles – why confidence is crucial, and how it impacts everything from your performance to the smile on your face while riding.

And oh, we need to talk about our reliance on trainers. I've been there, feeling like I can't make a move without my trainer's nod. But what's the real cost of this dependency? We'll dive into this, figuring out how to cherish their guidance but also stand strong in our own boots.

Also, here's something we don't talk about enough – feeling embarrassed about being confident. Why do we feel guilty for being good at what we love? It's a weird, twisty part of our rider psyche, and I'm bringing it into the light today. Because we can’t have you being too embarrassed to win! Let's shake off that embarrassment and own our skills proudly.

So whether you're just starting out or you've been riding for years, this episode is going to shed some light on those shadowy parts of our rider minds. It's all about empowering you to ride with confidence and, most importantly, with joy.

Happy trails, and remember, you're the heart of this journey!
